I received a violation, how do I dispute?

1. Double-check that your license plate was entered correctly.
2. Confirm you received a payment confirmation.
3. If everything looks correct, appeal or dispute the ticket through the our violation portal  provided on the notice. (level.parkingpayment.net)
4. Include your receipt or screenshot of payment.
