Validations are how you cover guests, contractors, or anyone you want to park free (or discounted) at a Level Parking lot. Here's how to issue one.
Issue a validation
- Open the Validate page in the Group Admin Portal.
- Click Issue Validation.
- Fill in the form:
- Location — which lot the validation applies to.
- License plate and state — the visitor's vehicle.
- Start date / time — when the validation begins.
- End date / time — when it expires. For a single day, just set the end of that day. For multi-day, set the actual end.
- Discount — full validation (parking is free) or partial (a fixed amount or percentage off).
- Notes — internal reference (e.g., "John Smith — interview").
- Submit. The validation is active immediately.
What the guest sees
- If you provided their phone or email, they get a notification with the validation details.
- At LPR lots, our cameras read their plate and apply the validation automatically. No QR code or sign-in needed.
Multi-day validations
- Multi-day validations are pro-rated based on the location's validation rate. The total cost is shown in the form before you submit.
